Yet it is striking how even in the most difficult challenges, the Nixon Administration did not have the daunting challenges the Bush Administration has today, specifically with a stock market is major trouble, an Iraq War that does not appear to have an end-date, and an increasingly dependent economy on China and oil-producing nations.
